Seek & Enjoy – Returns & Refunds

At Seek & Enjoy, we want you to feel good about what you buy — mind, body, and spirit. Every item is selected with care, and your satisfaction matters to us.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at seek.enjoy.studio@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note about your request. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Crystals and gemstones (natural variations and energies are unique to each piece)
- Custom or personalized items
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at seek.enjoy.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with clear photos of the packaging and item.
We’ll do our best to make it right. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
